Collaborative Applicant:

Guilford County is the Collaborative Applicant for the Continuum of Care. The Collaborative Applicant is responsible for various functions within the CoC including compliance, monitoring, sharing funding-related information, and facilitating various meetings of the CoC leadership and membership.
