Important Update on the FY25 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) Competition

After 2:00 p.m. EST on December 8, 2025, HUD issued an update on their HUD CoC Competition page and removed the FY25 NOFO from its posting on Grants.gov. Please see the language on the HUD CoC Competition page.

The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) is the planning body in Guilford County that coordinates the community’s policies, strategies and activities toward ending homelessness.
