When is candidate filing?
More information on candidate filing can be found on this page.
Was my precinct moved?
The actual precinct lines were not moved or redrawn, and voting locations have not changed for any Guilford County voters as a result of the redistricting process. The redistricting process only changes which districts voters are assigned to.
Some voting locations change periodically. Voters affected by a permanent polling place location change are notified by receiving new Voter Registration Cards, and the changes are also posted here.
How do I get a report or map showing these changes?
Report requests for voter registration, history, and statistical data can be fulfilled within a standard 7-10 business day turnaround time. To request reports or maps, send an email request to this address guilfordelections@guilfordcountync.gov or call 336-641-6875.

The precinct lines in the above-linked Precinct Map Book are correct and have not been changed since this was published in 2020. However, some polling place locations may not have been updated if the change was temporary or made more recently. The above link for precinct maps can be used to identify streets and residences within a precinct. When a permanent polling place change is made, voters are notified by mail via a Voter Registration Card.
