When available, this may be limited to in-person attendees only and may not be available for virtual attendees.

• Bob Shaw and County Commissioners Meeting Rooms refer to spaces located on the second floor of the Old Guilford County Courthouse. The address is 301 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
• Carolyn Q. Coleman (or Coleman) Conference Room refers to the conference room located on the first floor of the Old Guilford County Courthouse. The address is 301 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
• McAdoo Room refers to the meeting room located on the third floor of the Truist Building (former BB&T). The address is 201 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
• Room L12 refers to the space located on the lower ground level of the Guilford County Courthouse. The address is 201 S. Eugene St., Greensboro, NC 27401. Important note for this meeting location: standard courthouse security entrance rules apply, which includes security screening and prohibits items including cell phones, cameras, and laptops (the courthouse offers lockbox rentals to secure these items). When available, election staff members may escort credentialed attendees to this meeting area. Visitors needing escorts should report to our office location at 301 W. Market Street at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time. Late arrivals may be subject potential delays or full security entrance procedures.
