• If meetings are held in a virtual environment with special requirements (passcode, virtual comment accepted, etc.), this information will be posted and linked on this page 48 hours before the date of the event.
• Public comment is not a standard component of local Board meetings. When public comment is permitted, it will be noted on the meeting agenda referenced above and posted prior to the meeting. When available, this may be limited to in-person attendees only and may not be available for virtual attendees.

Room Location Details

• Bob Shaw and County Commissioners Meeting Rooms refer to spaces located on the second floor of the Old Guilford County Courthouse. The address is 301 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
• Carolyn Q. Coleman (or Coleman) Conference Room refers to the conference room located on the first floor of the Old Guilford County Courthouse. The address is 301 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
• McAdoo Room refers to the meeting room located on the third floor of the Truist Building (former BB&T). The address is 201 W. Market St., Greensboro, NC 27401.
• Room L12 refers to the space located on the lower ground level of the Guilford County Courthouse. The address is 201 S. Eugene St., Greensboro, NC 27401. Important note for this meeting location: we encourage the media and all in-person attendees to contact our office one day prior to the meeting to request location access assistance. Standard courthouse security entrance rules apply, which includes security screening and prohibits items including cell phones, cameras, and laptops (the courthouse offers lockbox rentals to secure these items). When available, election staff members may escort credentialed attendees to this meeting area. We also ask visitors needing escorts to report to our office location at 301 W. Market Street at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time. Late arrivals may be subject potential delays or full security entrance procedures.
