The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) coordinates funding efforts by nonprofit providers, and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness.

The Guilford County Continuum of Care application for the Local FY 2026-2027 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) is now closed. The Guilford County CoC will be allowed to apply for approximately $273,055 during this competition.

FY 2026 Notice of Funding Opportunity Letters of Intent is now closed.
The FY 2026 CoC NOFO Letter of Intent closed on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 5:00pm
The HUD NOFO Local Competition closed on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 1:00pm.
Applications deadline was Tuesday, July 7, 2026, by 1:00pm EST. All complete applications received by these deadlines will be reviewed. Late applications and/or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications submitted without all required supplemental documents is considered incomplete.

New project applications may be funded through Domestic Violence Bonus specific to services for homeless services of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking for these eligible activities:

- Transitional Housing
- Supportive Services Only- Coordinated Entry
