FY2026 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity - Letters of Intent are now being accepted.
This announcement serves as the opportunity for agencies to submit a Letter of Interest (LOI) form to express their interest in submitting renewal, expansion and/or new projects as part of the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) Homeless Assistance Grants competition. Agencies are encouraged to submit the Letter of Intent (LOI) by 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) coordinates funding efforts by nonprofit providers, and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness.

The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program competitive application cycle occurs on an annual basis. ESG Program funding is administered by the State and is overseen by the NC ESG Office in the NC DHHS Division of Aging and Adult Services.
