The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) coordinates funding efforts by nonprofit providers, and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness.

Information about e-snaps: The e-snaps portal is open for all applications required in the CoC Consolidated application: CoC Applications, Project Applications and the CoC Priority Listing.. New project applications may be funded through reallocation of renewal project or the CoC Bonus for those eligible activities:
- Permanent Housing- Permanent Supportive Housing
- Permanent Housing- Rapid Rehousing
- Transitional Housing
- Supportive Services Only- Standalone, Coordinated Entry, and Street Outreach
- Dedicated Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
New project applications may be funded through Domestic Violence Bonus specific to services for homeless services of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking for these eligible activities:

The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program competitive application cycle occurs on an annual basis. ESG Program funding is administered by the state and is overseen by the NC ESG Office in the NC DHHS Division of Aging and Adult Services.
