The Guilford County Continuum of Care (Guilford CoC) coordinates funding efforts by nonprofit providers, and State and local governments to quickly rehouse homeless individuals and families while minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused to homeless individuals, families, and communities by homelessness.

Letters of Intent for the Local ESA Grant

The Guilford County CoC is accepting Letters of Intent for the Local ESA Grant. Please submit a completed Letter of Intent and supplemental documents via email to infoCoC@guilfordcountync.gov by 5:00pm on Friday, June 6, 2025.
