Community Recycling Events
Each year, Guilford County hosts four special community recycling events where residents can bring white goods (appliances), electronics, and scrap tires. Check below for the next community recycling events.
*No business waste is accepted at community recycling events, including tax business shredding and tires from tire hauling businesses. *
Household Hazardous Waste can be taken to 2750 Patterson St., Greensboro, NC 27407.
Tires, electronics, and appliances can be taken to the Guilford County Scrap Tire and White Goods Collection Facility at 2138 Bishop Road in Greensboro, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Call (336) 641-9431 for details. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow for time to unload materials.
