Quincey Moffitt and Briana Steele
Quincey and Briana are the County’s Environmental Enforcement Officer who respond to and investigate complaints about illegal dumping and burning, and monitor cases as they are remediated. In addition, he works with environmental education and outreach, and assist with cleanup activities and special collection events sponsored by the County and its community partners. Wallace Owens
Wallace is the County's Recycling Site Supervisor. He is responsible for the daily activities at the recycling facility located at 2138 Bishop Road in Greensboro. His duties include the operation of the scrap tire, white goods, electronics management, and residential recycling drop-off programs at Bishop Road.
