The Guilford County Board of Commissioners will hold a series of budget town hall meetings and livability forums to hear from the community about the fiscal year 2026-27 county budget and proposed strategic plan. There will be five sessions held from early to mid-April at different locations throughout the county.

On Wednesday, June 18, the Guilford County Board of Commissioners voted to adopt a $847.3 million General Fund budget for the Fiscal Year 2025-2026.

The first of three budget town halls and community resource fairs scheduled for today, Monday, March 31 has been postponed due to the threat of severe weather. The event, originally set to take place at Claxton Elementary School from 5:30 to 8 p.m., will be rescheduled. Project OverviewThe Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide floor maintenance services for multiple Guilford County Locations as outlined below. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements below to submit a response to this RFP. Guilford County reserves the right to award all locations to one Provider or per location(s) to multiple Providers.
