The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide floor maintenance services for multiple Guilford County Locations as outlined below. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements below to submit a response to this RFP. Guilford County reserves the right to award all locations to one Provider or per location(s) to multiple Providers.

Scope Of Work
It is the intent of the County to select an on-call list of qualified firms using a qualifications-based selection process to provide these services on an as-needed basis. Selection criteria will include, but is not necessarily limited to, qualifications of the proposed project team, demonstrated experience and expertise in the field of interest, submittal completeness, the firm’s resources and capacity, ability of the firm to work in partnership with County staff, management, and other consultants and contractors who may be part of a project, and the ability of the firm to respond in a timely manner to any issues that may arise.
