The Reverend Prince Edward Graves Recovery and Treatment Center in Greensboro is part of the county's overarching strategy to provide support, treatment, and resources to people engaging in recovery services by increasing access to mid- and long-term residential recovery services for the entire community. The center is located on 1411 Lees Chapel Road, Greensboro, NC 27405. 

Rev. Graves Center Ribbon-Cutting

On Thursday, Feb. 12, Guilford County held a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house to celebrate the completion of the renovation of the Reverend Prince Edward Graves Recovery and Treatment Center. The services in the recovery and treatment center will be provided by Daymark Recovery Services. Now that construction is complete, Guilford County and Daymark staff are working in close collaboration on a safe transition plan to move services to this new location while protecting the confidentiality and stability of client services. Information will be shared with community partners and referral agencies when services begin operations at the recovery and treatment center.

What Will be Provided at the Site

  • Structured, 24/7 residential treatment for adults with SUD in a group living
    environment.
  • Short-term (up to 90 days) and long-term (up to 18 months) treatment options.
  • Psychoeducation, therapeutic intervention, health education, vocational training,
    and individualized treatment.
  • Residential recovery services for adults with a variety of substance use concerns.
  • Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) induction and ongoing MAT for individuals
    who would like to continue their treatment during their time in the residential
    program.

How the Site Will Function

  • Daymark Recovery Services will serve as the service provider.
  • People will be referred to the program. Referrals can be made by contacting Daymark Recovery Services by calling 336-899-1550.
  • Program participants will be screened before admission for eligibility. Registered
    sex offenders will not be served at this site.
  • All persons in the program will be there voluntarily.
  • The facility will employ a zero-tolerance policy for persons unable or unwilling to
    participate willingly and without continued substance use.
  • All programming will take place during a normal business day with any other
    comings and goings limited to approved leave or employment.
