Guilford County submits quarterly Project and Expenditure Reports and annual Recovery Plans to U.S. Treasury to track progress and compliance on usage of our ARPA SLFRF funds. Quarterly Project and Expenditure Reports provide a brief overview and detail financial information on each project. Annual Recovery Plans provide comprehensive information on the Guilford County use of funds strategy and detailed information about the purpose, goals, progress, and performance of each project. Board and community presentations cover project information shared with the Board of County Commissioners and the board’s decision-making around project funding allocations.
