Guilford County Parks will host two upcoming hiring events ahead of a busy summer season. The Parks Department is currently looking to fill several part-time positions across multiple park locations, including Bur-Mil Park in Greensboro, Gibson Park in High Point, Hagan-Stone Park in Pleasant Garden, Northeast Park in Gibsonville, and Southwest Park in Greensboro.
Positions include park attendants, cashiers, event hosts, lifeguards, pool managers, and swim coaches. Applicants as young as 15 years old are encouraged to apply for lifeguard positions. Guilford County Parks provides free American Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification and CPR/AED training for those hired as lifeguards and pool managers. General pay ranges from $15 to $18.50 per hour.
On-site interviews will take place at 201 W. Market St., 3rd Floor, Greensboro, NC 27401:
- Monday, Feb. 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- Saturday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
