Guilford County is pleased to announce Alana Carpenter as Assistant Director of Animal Welfare for Guilford County Animal Services.In her role, Carpenter will oversee the daily operations of animal welfare services at the shelter and supervise rescue and foster programs, animal care, animal control, volunteer programs, and community engagement. She will also help ensure the shelter complies with county, state and federal laws, regulations and procedures.
