Guilford County is launching a Low Income Homeowner Assistance Grant to support qualifying homeowners.The program's application period will first open to residents ages 65 and older, beginning Wednesday, July 15, and will then expand to all eligible residents on Sunday, Aug. 16.The program will be available to Guilford County homeowners earning up to 80% of the area median income. The Guilford County Small Business and Entrepreneurship Department (SBED) invites the community to support local entrepreneurs at the Small Business Pop-up Shop on Saturday, July 18, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, 1451 S.
