In preparation for the expected winter weather moving through the area, Guilford County Emergency Management will activate the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to Level 3, a full activation, at 7 p.m. tonight, Saturday, Jan. 24. This level of activation brings together leadership and operational representatives from Emergency Management, Emergency Medical Services, Fire, Law Enforcement, Public Works, county leadership, allied agencies, and community stakeholders, enabling real-time coordination, shared situational awareness, and rapid decision-making as weather conditions evolve.
