The Guilford County Board of Elections is sharing the early voting schedule for the Tuesday, Oct. 7 Municipal Primary Election with residents following the North Carolina State Board of Elections approval on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
The in-person, early voting period for the October 2025 Municipal Primary Elections is Thursday, Sept. 18, starting at 8 a.m. until Saturday, Oct. 4, at 3 p.m. Only registered voters who live within the municipalities of Greensboro and Jamestown are eligible to vote in the Municipal Primary Election. Greensboro and Jamestown precincts will also be open on Election Day, Tuesday, Oct. 7, from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Residents can request absentee ballots now for the upcoming election. The deadline to request an absentee ballot is Tuesday, Sept. 23.
Information on the November 4 Municipal General Election will be published at a later date.
