The Guilford County Division of Public Health's Sexual Health Action Group (SHAG) is proud to announce a week-long series of no-cost and confidential sexually transmitted infection (STI) testing clinics in recognition of National HIV Testing Day.

This national observance highlights the critical role HIV testing plays in ending the HIV/AIDS epidemic. From June 24 to June 28, community members are encouraged to take part in events and initiatives that promote sexual health and raise awareness about the importance of regular STI testing.

Through these no-cost clinics, SHAG supports individuals to take control of their sexual health and prioritize regular STI testing as part of their healthcare routine.

“National HIV Testing Day is a powerful reminder of the importance of knowing your status and taking control of your sexual health,” said Kaleigh Rhodes, Sexual Health Action Group Supervisor, Guilford County Division of Public Health. “When we get tested, we are not just protecting ourselves — we are caring for our entire community."

The clinics will be staffed by trained healthcare professionals in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental setting. No appointments are required and walk-ins are welcome during clinic hours.

All testing is open to the public and will take place on the following dates and locations:
