Guilford County is pleased to announce the appointment of Natalie Craver as Assistant County Manager for Successful People and Director of the Department of Health and Human Services. 
During the final hours of their regularly scheduled meeting today, the Guilford County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to appoint Victor Isler as the next Guilford County Manager. Isler brings 17 years of experience in local government, with a demonstrated track record of fostering strong community partnerships and driving innovative public policy solutions. He has served in leadership roles across Durham County, Forsyth County, and most recently his tenure in Guilford County as Assistant County Manager. 
Guilford County was among 27 North Carolina jurisdictions to earn recognition in the North Carolina City & County Communicators (NC3C) 2025 Excellence in Communications Awards. Guilford County won first place in the brochure category and three second-place awards for graphic design, photography, and social media.

Meet the Executive Director of SBEDJoin Guilford County’s Small Business and Entrepreneurship Department (SBED) for Directors and Donuts, a casual, conversation-based series designed to connect small business owners directly with County leadership. This session features Shaunne Thomas, Executive Director of SBED, who will share insights on small business support, access to public contracting opportunities, and how local businesses can better engage with county resources.
The Budget Town Hall and Community Resource Fair originally scheduled for Monday, March 31 at Claxton Elementary School has been rescheduled for Monday, April 28.
