County Hosts Vendor Registration and Bid Management Workshops Two sessions in April will focus on successfully navigating the procurement process

The Guilford County Finance Department – Purchasing Division will host two Vendor Registration & Bid Management Workshops to help current and prospective vendors better understand how to successfully navigate the procurement process. During these sessions, participants will learn about vendor registration, bid management, and how to effectively respond to solicitations from requirements through submission.

Whether vendors are working with Guilford County or looking to strengthen their proposal submission, these workshops will provide valuable insight and guidance. There are two upcoming sessions available: 

  • Session 1: Thursday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to noon at 220 Seneca Rd., Greensboro
  • Session 2: Thursday,  April 30 from 10 a.m. to noon at 220 Seneca Rd., Greensboro

Vendors interested in attending the workshops must RSVP by Friday, April 3 for Session 1, and by Tuesday, April 24 for Session 2 via email to Vendor Program Administrator Olga Wright.
