Guilford County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council Opens Request for Proposals

The Guilford County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC) will begin accepting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for fiscal year 2026-27 on Friday, Jan. 2, 2026. Community-based agencies that provide services for at-risk or delinquent youth, including counseling, evaluations and assessments, substance abuse treatment, meditation, group home care, temporary shelter, tutoring, or mentoring, are encouraged to apply.

Applications must be submitted online through the NC ALLIES portal at MyNCID.NC.gov and provide hard copies of the full application by 5 p.m., Monday, Feb. 2, 2026. Mail or hand-deliver two complete copies to the attention of: J.J. Greeson – Administrative Liaison Guilford County JCPC; 301 West Market Street, Suite #203; Old Courthouse, Greensboro, NC 27401. Please do not use staples on any hard copy application submissions.

Programs seeking funding must attend at least one mandatory information session:
•    Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. (in person)
•    Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, from 9 to 11 a.m. (in person)
