Celebrate culture, community, and freedom at the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Triad Farmers Market! Join us on Friday, June 19, from 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Hayes-Taylor Memorial YMCA (2630 E. Florida St., Greensboro, NC) for a vibrant, family-friendly event honoring the significance of Juneteenth.
Hosted by Dr. Irish Spencer (aka Wild Irish Rose) and presented by the Triad Black Faith Leaders & Black Farmers Network, this annual celebration brings together local farmers, small businesses, and community members for an afternoon of connection, culture, and commerce.
Attendees can enjoy a variety of activities and experiences, including:
Local vendors and farmers' market offerings
Delicious food trucks
A lively Pit Master Contest
A community walkathon
Youth poster contest
Raffles and giveaways
Live music and entertainment by DJ Precise (aka Freddie Fontaine)
This FREE event is open to the public and offers something for all ages. Come out to support local businesses, celebrate Black excellence, and commemorate the Day of Freedom with the Triad community.
