Grants Process

The Juvenile Crime Prevention Council publishes annual funding opportunities for community partners during the month of December for the next fiscal year. During the cycle, interested groups and organizations must review and follow a posted RFP then complete and submit an on-line application that represents their program’s services within NCDPS NCALLIES database for the Council to review. After applications are reviewed and program presentations, the Council provides funding recommendations to the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners approves the awarded funds through adoption of the annual budget.

Guilford County JCPC FY 2026-2027 Annual Request for Proposals (RFP) Application and Process

Submission deadline is Monday, February 2, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

• In order to apply for FY 2026-2027 JCPC Annual Funding, you must submit your completed application online by accessing NCALLIES and provide hard copies of the full application before the posted deadline. Please do not use staples on any hard copy application submissions.
• Please read and follow all instructions on the RFP and at the MyNCID website to qualify for funding. Application submissions are through both an on-line application process within NCALLIES and hard copy applications. On-line submissions start on January 2, 2026.
