Early Voting and Polling Places

In-person voting on Election Day is by assigned precinct and polling location. You can find your precinct before an election by by using the Voter Search Tool. Assigned precinct polling locations are open for voting on election days from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Same-day Registration

The deadline to register to vote in North Carolina is 25 days before the General Election. However, eligible residents can register in-person during early voting.
