Notice: Temporary Technology Issues

The Guilford County Register of Deeds Office is experiencing a technology issue affecting online records searches and vital records requests since approximately 9 a.m. on 1/21/2026. We are working with Guilford County Information Services and our vendor, i3 Verticals,  to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
