The Guilford County Division of Public Health's Primary Care Clinic will host an open house providing no-cost health tests and screenings from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, November 14. All tests and screenings are open to the public and will take place at the Guilford County Division of Public Health's Primary Care Clinic located at 1100 East Wendover Avenue in Greensboro.
Services will include: confidential testing for HIV, syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea and Hepatitis B and C. Screenings will include blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI) and blood sugar levels.
Advance registration is encouraged but not required. Walk-ins are welcome the day of the open house.
