The Guilford County Division of Public Health will host this community mobile clinic available to all county residents.
Clinic services include:
- MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccinations for children and adults
- COVID-19 vaccinations
- Mpox vaccinations
- Flu vaccinations (through June 25)
- A1C tests
- Blood pressure checks
The Division of Public Health requests that residents bring health insurance information (including Medicaid) and immunization records to the clinic.
A parent or guardian will need to be present with children at the time of the visit.
