Helpful Tips

  • The Guilford County Register of Deeds processes documents between 8:00AM and 5:00PM on the days our office is open.
  • You may submit documents at any time.
  • We do not process documents on weekends or County holidays.
  • To ensure your eFiled documents are processed, be sure to submit them well before the 5:00PM cut off.
  • You are strongly encouraged to submit documents throughout the day rather than waiting to submit everything at the end of the business day.
