The Guilford County Grant Research Service (GCGRS) is powered by eCivis and is designed to help the county’s community partners simplify the search for grants and to expand their opportunities for new funding sources. eCivis makes it possible to explore hundreds of grant opportunities for your organization. Upon identifying a potential match, eCivis provides tools to assist in developing a grant application and facilitating the management process after a grant is awarded.

GCGRS is open to nonprofit organizations that operate and provide the majority of their services within Guilford County. Guilford County will provide one (1) user license per organization.

Upon registration and acceptance of the user agreement, individual users are required to provide proof of their organization’s nonprofit status and must attend a free, online training. This web-based training will last no longer than one (1) hour and available dates/times will be communicated upon completion of the registration/user agreement.

If you are interested in simplifying the search for grant funding and expanding your capacity to offer the valuable services you currently provide to Guilford County citizens, complete the online registration/user agreement here.

Please direct any questions and/or concerns about this service to Guilford County Budget, Management & Evaulation.
