MISSING JUVENILE (RUNAWAY)
Sheriff D.H. Rogers reports that on June 1, 2019 at 12:13 am deputies were dispatched to the 5000 block of Randleman Road in reference to a missing juvenile female. The juvenile was last seen between 8 and 9 pm on May 31, 2019 and all indications were that the juvenile had left the residence on her own. The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office Crime Repression Team was called to the scene to assist deputies in their search and deployed drones in an effort to locate the missing juvenile. Deputies responded to the location given by the drone team and at 5:10 am this morning successfully located the juvenile and returned her home safely. Guilford County EMS responded at the request of the Sheriff’s Office and medically cleared the juvenile.
MISSING ELDERLY MALE WITH DEMENTIA
Sheriff D.H. Rogers reports that on May 31, 2019 at 9:27 pm deputies were dispatched to the 6500 block of Monnett Road reference a missing 79-year-old male suffering from a cognitive impairment. Deputies responded to the scene and began a search at 10:15 pm. At 10:33 pm the Elderly man was successfully located the missing 79-year-old male and he was returned home safely. Guilford County EMS responded at the request of the Sheriff’s Office and medically cleared the male.
