To Celebrate Public Health Month, Guilford County Public Health Offers Free Health Screening and Health Information
April is Public Health Month and the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Division invites our community to join us for the two FREE health screening events in Greensboro.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., the Health Department will be conducting FREE health screenings, which will include blood pressure readings, blood sugar testing, a lipid panel (cholesterol and triglycerides screening), vision screening and health education materials. The screenings will be held in Room 124 at the Guilford County Health and Human Services Building located at 1203 Maple Street in Greensboro.
If you weren’t able to attend the event on Wednesday, you have the opportunity to attend our second event. On Friday, April 26, 2019, our team will offer a second day of screenings from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the same location, Room 124 of the Guilford County Health and Human Services Building located at 1203 Maple Street in Greensboro.
